# Strategies

The strategies in Amplifier define where to route proceeds and rewards collected from using Troves/Vaults, the Stability Pool and the Staking Pool in Liquity.  By pre-defining compounding targets for each component, Amplifier can condense multiple transactions into a single action so you only have to approve one transaction.  

The strategy diagrams below use Liquid Loans running on PulseChain as an example.
